Tuna with Bhakti Chai Yogurt Curry Sauce

Ingredients

1 tbsp curry powder


1/4 tsp cayenne
dash of salt


1/4 c. Vanilla yogurt


1 tsp curry powder


1 tbsp of Bhakti


Virgin Olive Oil

Ahi Tuna

Preparation

Rub ahi tuna with oil. In a small bowl, mix 1 tbsp curry powder, 1/4 tsp cayenne and a dash of salt. Sprinkle dry rub on tuna. Grill tuna. While tuna cooks, mix 1/4 c. Vanilla yogurt with 1tsp curry powder, a dash of cayenne and 1 tbsp of Bhakti. Drizzle bhakti yogurt sauce over grilled tuna. Serve & Enjoy!
