Gluten Free Fig Raspberry Bhakti Chai Tarts
Bhakti Chai Custard (makes 1 quart)
- 2 Cups Original Bhakti Chai Concentrate
- 1 Cup Cream
- 4 Whole Eggs
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 1/4 cup sugar
Preheat oven to 350F. Whisk ingredients. Pour into prebaked GF tarts. Bake. Checking in 15 minutes for no waves in custard when jiggled.
Rest and cool.
Top with fresh figs, raspberries, and homemade crystalized ginger curls.
