Coconut Bhakti Power Shake
Inspired by a recipe from Flora Foodie
(Makes 2 servings)
2/3 c. Light Coconut Milk
½ c. Bhakti Chai Concentrate
½ c. Vanilla Soy Milk (or non-dairy milk of your choice)
2 T almond butter
1 T hemp or soy protein powder
1 T ground flax seed
2-5 Deglet Noor Dates, depending on how sweet you want it
* Instead of Bhakti Concentrate and milk, just add 1 cup of Bhakti ready-to-drink!
The night before freeze coconut milk so you have ice cubes made out of the coconut milk.
If you don’t have spare ice trays, you can just pour the coconut milk into a ziploc bag and lay it flat in your freezer so that you can easily break it into little ice chunks in the morning!
