Bhakti Chai-Chia Green Smoothie

Inspired by a recipe from Betty Rocker

(Makes 1 serving)

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups packed baby kale, or mixed greens of your choice

3 figs, skin on, washed and de-stemmed

5 strawberries

1/2 orange

1/2 an apple (for a little more sweetness)

1/4 cucumber

1/3 cup parsley

1 scoop protein powder (we used plain raw protein powder)

1 T chia seeds

1 cup Bhakti Chai Ready to Drink

Preparation

Pre-soak chia seeds in the Bhakti Chai Ready to Drink to turn them into a gel (just 10-15 min).

Mix all ingredients in a blender. Enjoy!
